RESEARCH ON SPEED REGULATION THROUGH IMPROVING THE SLIDE MODE LAW IN THE SLIDE MODE CONTROL OF THE PMSM MOTOR
Tóm tắt
Industrial applications like automation systems, robots, and electric vehicles extensively utilize Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motors (PMSM) for their exceptional benefits, including high motor efficiency, high power, and voltage-independent speed. The paper proposes a sliding controller (SMC)-based motor speed control method to enhance the speed and output torque performance of PMSM motors. Firstly, the authors introduced traditional sliding control laws and proposed a new one to ensure Lyapunov stability in the PMSM motor control system and this new control law can enhance anti-interference ability during load or speed changes, improve convergence speed, prevent overshoot, and effectively reduce vibration. Second, the paper presents results comparing the control quality of the new sliding control law with conventional sliding control laws and PI controllers in the case of load and speed changes to highlight the advantages of the proposed method. The above evaluation results are modeled and simulated on Matlab/Simulink software.
