This study was conducted to explore the factors affecting students' learning motivationat the Faculty of Economics and Law at Dong Thap University. Data were collected through a survey of 300 students, using statistical methods such as descriptive statistics to analyze the overall data, testing the reliability of the scale using Cronbach's Alpha, exploratory factor analysis to identify groups of potential factors, and multiple regression analysis to assess the impact of each factor on students' learning motivation. The research model initially included seven factors and 32 observed variables. The results identified six significant factors impacting learning motivation:  teaching methods, student awareness, learning conditions, learning environment, lecturer quality, and training program. Based on these findings, the author suggests managerial strategies to enhance learning motivation, such as improving teaching methods, upgrading lecturer quality, enhancing learning facilities, and fostering a positive learning environment.
