FACTORS AFFECTING THE QUALITY OF EDUCATIONAL TOURISM EXPERIENCES OF DA NANG STUDENTS IN BINH SON DISTRICT, QUANG NGAI PROVINCE
Abstract
Research on experience quality has been conducted in many fields, but there is still a lack of attention to influencing factors, especially in the context of educational tourism. This paper focuses on analyzing the factors affecting the quality of experience of Da Nang students during their educational trips in Binh Son district, Quang Ngai province, Vietnam. By combining qualitative methods through expert interviews and field research with quantitative methods through surveys using purposive sampling, the paper identifies five main factors affecting the quality of educational tourism experiences, including: (1) educational tourism experience content, (2) organization and support services, (3) general characteristics of students, (4) local cultural factors, and (5) training programs. The research results provide a comprehensive perspective on the factors that determine the quality of students' experiences in study tour programs, thereby contributing to improving the quality of training at educational institutions and developing local study tour activities.
