THE ORIENTATIONS OF TEACHING THE CHAPTER “ULISSES TRỞ VỀ” (ODYSSEUS - HOMER) WHICH IS BASED ON THE PARTICULAR KIND OF EPIC POEM AND NARRATIVE IN THE NEW EDUCATION PROGRAM AT VIETNAMESE SCHOOL

Abstract

In our opinion, the rule to built the new school education program in Vietnam is open and flexible. According to the opinion, Odysseus (Homer) continues to be a teaching material in literature curriculum in our country. The chapter “Ulisses trở về” (Odysseus - Homer) is collected in the contemporary Vietnamese literature text book. The aim of this article is to improve the quality of teaching this chapter through some experience of teaching it which are based on the particular kind of epic poem and narrative. Besides, you will meet with my approval if you still choose “Ulisses trở về” to teach your pupils.
