THE COOPERATION MODEL TO TRAIN HUMAN RESOURCES AT WORK BETWEEN COLLEGE OF ECONOMICS AND TECHNIQUES - THAI NGUYEN UNIVERSITY AND SAMSUNG ELECTRONICS VIETNAM THAINGUYEN (SEVT): CURRENT SITUATION, PROBLEMS AND SOLUTIONS

Abstract

             Samsung Electronics Vietnam Thai Nguyen (SEVT) officially came into operation in Thai Nguyen in 2014, attracting nearly 80,000 employees. Therefore, employee training is always considered a priority issue of the Company. In response to this requirement, SEVT selected College of Economics and Techniques - Thai Nguyen University as one of the partners in the internal training program directly at the enterprise. Up to now, after 04 years of implementation, the training program has attracted more than 2,300 SEVT employees to attend and 2 courses with 479 learners have graduated. This report is aggregated using such research methods as method of data collection, analysis and integration; professional solution; method of processing statistics. Research results confirm that in order to implement the training program effectively and meet the requirements of SEVT, College of Economics and Techniques has to re-structure the program framework  according to the narrow occupational skills modules based on the standard of the training program and the requirements of the enterprise to build a flexible and inter-connected training program, facilitating the organization of training module at work.
