SOLUTIONS TO IMPROVE THE EFFECTIVENESS OF SPORTS CLUBS IN UNIVERSITY OF ECONOMICS AND BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION - THAI NGUYEN UNIVERSITY

Abstract

Using the conventional methods in sporty science, the research evaluated the current situations of the Sports Clubs at University of Economics and Business Administration - Thai Nguyen University to find solutions to enhance their effectiveness. The study indicated that the number of clubs and club members was still limited, the clubs mainly worked under self-management system with a lack of teachers or sports coaches’ guidance and the effectiveness was still low. From the result mentioned above, to improve the effectiveness of those sports clubs the researcher proposed some solutions which are strengthening the propaganda, choosing more professional facilities, looking for funds, promoting the role of sports teachers and strictly implementing extracurricular sports regulations.
