THE MILITARY PARTY COMMITTEE LEADING BUILDING THE TEACHING STAFF OF SOCIAL SCIENCES AND HUMANITIES (2007 - 2020) - SOME FIRST RESULTS AND EXPERIENCE

Abstract

The humanities and social sciences faculties are the core force, playing an important role, determining the quality of training of military schools as well as scientific research activities of the whole army. This article presents the policy, results and some experiences in the process of the Military Party Committee leading the construction of a contingent of humanities and social science lecturers (2007-2020). The main research methods are historical method, logical method, analysis and evaluation of documents and reports to clarify the research problem and content. The research results confirm the correctness and creativity of the Military Party Committee in leading the construction of a contingent of humanities and social science lecturers. At the same time, the article draws some experiences to apply to the construction of a contingent of humanities and social science lecturers in Vietnam in the coming time. This research result is an important basis for the Military Party Committee to continue leading the construction of a contingent of humanities and social science lecturers to achieve better results in the coming time.
