THE PARTY’S LEADERSHIP ON DEVELOPMENT OF COLLECTIVE ECONOMY (2011 - 2021) - POLICIES AND RESULTS

Abstract

Collective economy is an important component of the economy, along with the state economy, collective economy is increasingly becoming a solid foundation of the national economy. The development of the collective economy is a major and consistent policy of the Communist Party of Vietnam in the socialist revolution. During the period from 2011 to 2021, the Party and the State continued to pay attention to and provide leadership and guidance for the consolidation and development of the collective economy. By using historical and logical methods, combined with synthesis, statistics, and comparison, this article systematized and highlighted the Party’s policy on the development of the collective economy from 2011 to 2021. Research result clarified achievements and limitations in collective economic development. At the same time, some solutions have been proposed to promote collective economic development in the coming time.
