Properly addressing the relationship among the state, the market, and society: A new aspect of the Draft Documents submitted to the 14th National Congress of the Party

Abstract

Based on clarifying the true nature of the relationship between the State, the market, and society in Vietnam,
this article proposes several solutions to properly address this relationship in the spirit of the Draft Documents submitted to the 14th National Congress of the Party: Strengthening the Party's leadership; Perfecting the socialist rule of law; Comprehensively and synchronously perfecting the socialist-oriented market economy institutions; Perfecting the institutions of the Fatherland Front, political and social organizations, and professional and social organizations.
