The driving role of science and technology in contemporary defense development

Abstract

Currently, science and technology (S&T) plays a particularly important role in the development of each nation. For Vietnam, S&T is identified as a "breakthrough" driving force in promoting innovation, creativity, and national development in all fields, including national defense. This article clarifies the theoretical and practical basis and proposes fundamental solutions to enhance the driving role of S&T in promoting innovation, creativity, and national development in the field of national defense, thereby contributing to the firm protection of the Fatherland in the new situation.
