Abstract

Labor-use norm (ĐMLĐ) is one of important economic-technical norms (KTKT) for the management, exploitation and protection of hydraulic works (CTTL). Labor-use norm is a basis for adequate allocating and using of labor to ensure the implementation of tasks of management, exploitation and protection of hydraulic works. In this article, the authors present the methods and research results of establishing labor-use norm for management and operation of hydraulic works (sluices, spillways) on the East dike route of Binh Dinh province, then proposing solutions to solve the current limitations in the management and operation of these structures to improve the efficiency of management and exploitation of the works.
