Abstract

The study on the relationship between organizational justice, social loafing, and employee loyalty, conducted with a sample of 450 employees from various companies in Ho Chi Minh City, shows that organizational justice is negatively correlated with social loafing, and social loafing also negatively impacts employee loyalty. At the same time, organizational justice has a positive effect on the loyalty. These results confirm that social loafing is an important factor influencing employee loyalty. Therefore, companies should focus on creating a fair environment and reducing social loafing to enhance employee loyalty.
