Abstract

Rubber materials are often destroyed and reduced durability by the impact of environmental factors such as: ozone, oxygen, heat, UV rays.... This article has researched the anti-aging ability of nano coatings DDN-01 for natural rubber under fluorescent uv-condensation exposures. With the protection of the coating, after 20 radiation-heat-humidity acceleration cycles, the tensile strength of rubber remains higher than 84% and maintains a stable surface structure. This research opens up broad application possibilities of nano solutions to protecting and improving the durability of rubber and non-metallic materials.
