This paper analyzes the formation of line-of-sight (LOS) interference in EO/IR systems due to carrier movement using a three-coordinate kinematic model and pinhole projection. From the given formulas, the paper clarifies the influence of horizontal velocity and angular deviation on LOS rotation speed and pixel drift. Simulation results show that interference is minimal when the carrier is oriented directly toward the target, but increases significantly when a horizontal velocity component is present, especially during phase changes or maintaining the target at a camera-off position. Based on the obtained kinematic analysis, the paper suggests future LOS stabilization systems. The results obtained provide a useful quantitative basis for the design, operation, and optimization of EO/IR tracking systems under mobile carrier conditions.
