Abstract
Air-open electric nets are always effected by the sourounding environment conditions. Moreover the influences of climate and topographical conditions on electric nets are very complicated. The analysis of characteristics of Sun radiation and head transpherence helps to design a mathematical model to study the influences of wind speed, atmospheric temperature and topographical conditions on loadability of electric nets. The results of research show that in climate condition of Vietnam the critical currents of wires are lower than those in the temperate climate regions. That lets to adjustement edit correct the value of critical electric current in the design manual.
