Abstract

One of the important reasons why the issue of securing social protection for poor and near-poor households in Hồ Chí Minh City recently has not achieved high and sustainable results as expected is that the agencies, administration leaders, socio-political organizations, businesses and people in the city are yet to have a correct, complete and profound awareness of the importance of the issue. Therefore, the important and urgent issue raised today is the need to raise awareness for all classes of people, agencies, socio-political organizations, and businesses of the securing. The article contributes to providing specific solutions to further raise the awareness in Hồ Chí Minh City in the current period.
