Chen et al. [1] proposed a new RDH scheme based on the extraction of directional transformations (EMD) with dual images. By exploiting the properties of the EMD matrix, a bit of the password and a base 5 number can be hidden in an original image to generate a pair of pixels containing relaxation. The data will be embedded in 1 of 4 instructions, in which the authors embed 1 more aromatic in addition to embedding 1 base 5, so the embedding ratio is log25+1= 1.66 bpp. To increase the embedding capacity, we propose an embedding method based on base 13. Therefore, the embedding ratio can be developed by using: log 21322 =1.8502 bpp. In addition, the number of image transformations in the output problem solving method is smaller, so the image quality is better than the method of Chen et al.
