Abstract
Resolving disputes, complaints and denunciations is the responsibility of state agencies but is also the right of citizens. Disputes, complaints and denunciations over land are a common phenomenon in societies that are strongly transitioning to a market economy and deeply integrating internationally like Vietnam, which is inevitable and objective, but It also stems from the lack of uniformity of the legal system in general and land policy in particular. Land Law 2013 and Civil Procedure Code 2015, Administrative Procedure Law 2015, Complaint Law 2011, Denunciation Law 2018 are important legal bases for exercising the rights of citizens and responsibilities of agencies. The state has authority to resolve disputes, complaints and denunciations regarding land. This issue has always been addressed by all levels, sectors and especially local governments, but the situation of land disputes, complaints and denunciations is still complicated, with a number of land complaints. Crowded belts, prolonged, over-leveled... have not been completely resolved, causing frustration and negative socio-economic impacts, so it is necessary to continue to strengthen the role of the People's Court in implementation. Resolving disputes, complaints and denunciations about land in order to gradually limit and minimize disputes, complaints and denunciations about land in Vietnam, contributing to socio-political stability and promoting economic development. development.
