Studying the situation and proposing some solutions to increase the efficiency of storage of land documents at some agencies in Bac Ninh Province

Abstract

Land archives are valuable assets that must be managed for long - term use, serving the State management of land and economic, social and scientific and technical development. The preservation and preservation of land documents is very necessary and important. In order to perform well the management of archival documents, on 11/11/2011, the National Assembly promulgated the Law on Archives No. 01/2011/QH13 to protect the national archives and preserve and use the archives. of State agencies. All types of documents formed during the settlement of work must be put into archives to preserve, exploit and use documents, especially land documents. This article will evaluate the current situation of the storage of land documents in some agencies in Bac Ninh Province, on that basis, propose some solutions to improve the efficiency of land document storage.
