Assessment of implementation of land users' rights in Gia Loc district, Hai Duong province

Abstract

 In the period 2018 - 2021, land transactions in Gia Loc district take place regularly, in which the number of transactions on land use right transfer (LURC) tends to increase. The implementation of LURCs in Gia Loc district has created trust among land users in order to gradually encourage them to voluntarily register when performing transactions. The survey results on the implementation of land use right transfer transactions show that most households and individuals highly appreciate the procedure and time to carry out transactions at the Land Registration Office. Based on the assessment of the implementation of the transfer of land use rights in the study area, the authors propose some solutions on land registration, building a database, tax tools and propagating legal policies.
