Study on building land price database in quang thanh ward and Dak R’Moan commune, Gia Nghia city, Dak Nong province

Abstract

Currently, building land information systems is being built in the direction of modernity, publicity, transparency, multi-purpose service; gradually turning to electronic transactions in land management field. The development of natural resources and environment databases in general and the development of land databases in particular is one of the most basic tasks of information technology development strategies in natural resources and environment management. Quang Thanh Ward and Dak R’Moan Commune are one of the places where the real estate market is bustling, the frequency of transactions is increasing, but the management of land prices is still difficult, especially without a land price database system.. The study has developed a database of land prices in two areas of Gia Nghia city, Quang Thanh ward and Dak R’Moan commune, including 12 data layers. Building a land price information system is essential for effective and transparent management of land prices and development of the real estate market in each locality.
