Abstract

“National independence, freedom and solidarity” is a long history tradition of the Vietnamese people. In the twentieth century, under the leadership of President Ho Chi Minh, the Vietnamese people have united to overthrow the French colonialism and American imperialism, gain independence and freedom for the nation. Today, the “Independence, freedom and great national solidarity” ideology is still intact. Communist Party of Vietnam and the State of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam has applied creativity the Ho Chi Minh's ideology into the practice of the current revolution is protecting national sovereignty while enhancing economic - social - cultural development; pay special attention to socio-economic development in ethnic minorities and mountainous areas, while strengthening the bloc of great national solidarity for the following goals: Rich people, strong country, society equal, democratic and civilized society.
