PROMOTING THE ROLE OF REPUTABLE PEOPLE IN MASS MOBILIZATION IN ETHNIC MINORITY AND MOUTAINOUS AREAS

Abstract

Mass mobilization plays an important part in the whole Vietnamese revolution. Communist party of Viet Nam always confirm that mass mobilization is of strategic meaning in national revolution
cause, being an important condition to ensure the leadership of Party. Therefore, in order to continue to
innovate and improve the effectiveness of mass mobilization affairs, focusing on mass mobilization for
ethnic minorities in the current context is a very important issue, contributing to the stability of the politics,
promoting the mastery role of the people. This is clearly shown through collecting opinions from the
people before formulating and promulgating mechanisms and policies on socio-economic development,
creating favorable conditions for the people to be controlled, inspected and supervised the implementation
process of all levels and branches. Regularly organize contact and dialogue to capture people’s thoughts
and aspirations. This article summarizes the role of reputable people in mass mobilization for ethnic
minority and mountainous area; at same time, discussing some current issues and measures to promote the
role of reputable people in mass mobilization in the next time.
