Abstract

The border soldier is a force in charge of managing and protecting national borders. This is a force that plays an important role in building socio-political bases in border areas, ethnic minority and
mountainous areas. The article focuses on assessing the results and limitations, thereby proposing some
key solutions to promote the role of the Nghe An province border soldiers in building socio-political
foundations in the border ethnic minorities areas in the near future.
