RESULTS AND LIMITATIONS OF IMPLEMENTATION OF VOCATIONAL TRAINING POLICY FOR ETHNIC MINORITY LABORS IN THE NORTHWEST PROVINCES
Abstract
Policy implementation has a particularly important position in the vocational training policy cycle for ethnic minority labors, helping to equip knowledge, skills, professional expertise to create jobs and increase income for ethnic minority labors, helping to stabilize their lives, contributing to ensuring political security, social order and safety. In recent years, the Northwest provinces have achieved many results in organizing and implementing vocational training policies for ethnic minority labors. However, localities still encounter many difficulties and limitations in implementing the policy, requiring synchronous and creative solutions to increase the effectiveness of vocational training policy implementation for ethnic minority labors in the Northwest provinces.
