MODERNITY IN THE ETHICAL THOUGHT OF HOA HAO BUDDHISM

Abstract

In the current social context, the modernity of Hoa Hao Buddhism ethical thought is both a positive factor that helps Hoa Hao Buddhism adapt to society and a catalyst that connects Hoa Hao Buddhism followers with the work of building a socialist society in Vietnam in the current period. In the article about the modernity of Hoa Hao Buddhism, the author focuses on the value of Hoa Hao Buddhism ethical thought, expressing in two main contents: Firstly, the characteristics of modernity in Hoa Hao Buddhism thought. Secondly, the suitability of modernity in Hoa Hao Buddhism ethical thought with the work of building Socialism in Vietnam today.
