Hue’s diverse tangible and intangible cultural heritage constitutes a vital resource for the development of cultural industries, particularly in fine arts, photography, and exhibition industries. Drawing on document synthesis, fieldwork, and in-depth interviews, this article analyzes potentials, assesses current conditions, and proposes solutions to advance the effective utilization of Hue’s cultural heritage in these creative fields.
