Abstract

Abstract: This article examines Indonesia’s experience with the class action
mechanism in resolving environmental disputes. It analyzes the current state of
Vietnamese law and proposes recommendations for codifying the right to initiate class
actions and related procedures for environmental disputes in Vietnam in the near future.
