Abstract

Abstract: The development of administrative law in the world is often associated
with the phenomenon of the “administrative-regulatory state”. This topic has not been
thoroughly studied in Vietnamese jurisprudence. This article explores the nature,
characteristics, impacts and roles of the administrative-regulatory state phenomenon in
a number of countries and legal systems around the world; thereby identifying and
assessing the existence and influence of the administrative-regulatory state phenomenon
in Vietnam.
