Abstract

Abstract: The article analyzes the current situation of high-tech crime in Vietnam in
recent years, aiming to provide an overall picture of the reality as well as the limitations
and difficulties that still exist in the practice of preventing and combating this type of
crime. On that basis, the article proposes recommendations for improving criminal law
to effectively respond to high-tech crime in the digital era.
