Abstract

Abstract: This article examines the shortcomings in the current regulations on fines
in the Criminal Code of Vietnam, as well as limitations in their interpretation and
implementation. Thereby, it suggests measures to enhance the effectiveness of fine
regulations in the Vietnamese Criminal Code.
