Solutions for developing high school teachers in the current context

Abstract

The value of human resources is not always clearly recognized. In fact, current perceptions often limit human resource management and human resource development to the scope of recruitment, compensation, and the legality of workforce management. Innovation in educational management is identified as a breakthrough in educational innovation in our country today. Accordingly, in general education management, and in particular, the management of the teaching staff has had positive and clear changes and transformations. In this study, the author proposes 5 groups of solutions to develop the school's teaching staff in both quantity and quality, meeting the requirements of current high school education innovation and the following years.
