IDENTIFYING FRAUDULENT BEHAVIOR AND SOME PROPOSALS FOR PROTECTING CRYPTOCURRENCY INVESTORS

Abstract

Abstract: In the context of Vietnam’s rapidly developing cryptocurrency market, but lacking a comprehensive legal framework, fraudulent activities are increasing with increasingly sophisticated methods, causing significant losses to investors. Therefore, researching and identifying common fraudulent activities in cryptocurrency investment in Vietnam and pointing out the causes of these risks is extremely necessary. Based on the experience of developed countries such as South Korea, this article outlines the requirements for a system of solutions and proposes specific solutions to protect cryptocurrency investors, improve the legal framework, and strengthen control to ensure market safety and maintain economic and social stability.
