Evaluating the potentials and orienting the exploration of the values of The mountainous landscapes for developing convalescence tourism in Phu Yen

Abstract

There is a diversity of mountainous landscapes in Phu Yen which are suitable for developing convalescence tourism. However, it is of great necessity to conduct an assessment on which the natural landscapes are of good values for developing convalescence tourism. This article aims at presenting some basic features of the mountainous landscapes in Phu Yen; setting up some criteria for determining the landscapes that suitable best for the convalescence tourism as well as carrying out an preliminary assessment on the suitability of the landscapes with the convalescence tourism; then proposing some feasible measures for combining the landscapes with the convalescence tourism to develop Phu Yen tourism.
