Abstract

In recent decades, technological breakthroughs have brought many opportunities and improved people's lives. Besides, this development also creates considerable concern for countries around the world. And one of the biggest concerns today is that robots and artificial intelligence will replace the human factor in work, leading to "tech unemployment". The article provides more practical arguments about the challenge to employment in the context of the Fourth Industrial Revolution (Industrial Revolution 4.0) in some countries around the world and proposed specific
solutions to this practice.
