Abstract

The rapid advancement of low-altitude aviation technology and Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs/Drones) is opening up a new dimension for urban economics: three-dimensional low-altitude space. This paper focuses on establishing a core conceptual framework comprising Urban Economy, Spatial Economy, and specifically Low-Altitude Space Economy. By analyzing the current integration of digital infrastructure technologies (BIM/GIS), Transit-Oriented Development (TOD) models, and administrative reform trends in Vietnam, the author proposes planning solutions, green infrastructure management, and legal frameworks to optimize spatial resources and promote sustainable urban economics.
