Feedback control of 2D -Navier-Stokes equations by finite determining parameters

The paper studies the issue of stabilization of solutions to the -Navier-Stokes equations in a two-dimensional bounded domain  by finitedimensional feedback control. The designed feedback control scheme are based on the finite number of determining parameters (degrees of freedom), namely, finite number of determining Fourier modes, determining nodes, and determining interpolants and projections.
