Quản lý dự án trong bối cảnh cách mạng công nghiệp 5.0
Tóm tắt
Trong bối cảnh chuyển đổi từ cuộc Cách mạng Công nghiệp lần thứ Tư (CN4.0) sang cuộc Cách mạng Công nghiệp lần thứ Năm (CN5.0), một vùng đệm kiến thức sẽ được tạo ra giữa công nghệ số và kỹ năng tâm lý/mềm trong lĩnh vực quản lý dự án (QLDA). Cần xem xét một số kỹ năng mềm như kỹ năng xã hội, đổi mới, cảm xúc, hành vi, … để phát triển phù hợp với những thay đổi nhanh chóng của công nghệ QLDA trong bối cảnh CN5.0. Bên cạnh đó, việc phát triển bản sắc nghề nghiệp và giá trị cá nhân cũng được coi là một nhu cầu thiết yếu, đồng thời với kỷ nguyên công nghệ số tích hợp trí tuệ nhân tạo (Artificial Intelligence - AI) - nền tảng của CN5.0. Bước nhảy vọt từ các quy trình và phương pháp quản lý dự án truyền thống (Traditional Project Management - TPM) đến công nghệ số quản lý dự án (Digital Project Management - DPM) lấy con người làm trung tâm được đặc trưng bởi mức độ đổi mới, sáng tạo và tương tác xã hội cao trong các hoạt động, phản ánh tầm nhìn về giá trị cá nhân và tính cách của nghề quản lý dự án tương lai [1,2]. Cùng với sự thay đổi cơ bản này, cần có các chương trình đào tạo đổi mới để nâng cao chuyên môn công nghệ số và kỹ năng mềm sao cho chúng tương thích với nhau, nhằm giúp các nhà quản lý dự án đạt được thành công trong điều hành dự án.
