Logistics activities in the supply of raw materials for civil construction enterprises: Experiences from some localities and lessons for Hanoi

Abstract

Logistics plays a crucial role in the supply chain of materials for civil construction businesses, directly impacting costs, schedules, and construction efficiency. In the context of increasing urban construction demand, both in quantity and quality, organizing an efficient logistics system has become a key factor in enhancing the competitiveness of construction businesses. This paper studies the experience of organizing logistics activities in the supply of materials by civil construction businesses in several representative localities of Vietnam, drawing important lessons to improve the efficiency of logistics operations in the supply of materials for civil construction businesses in Hanoi.
