Study of Vocational Training Models for Ethnic Minority Women in the Extremely Difficult Communes of Southwestern Area of Vietnam
Abstract
This writing bases on the results of the survey, assessment of practical situation of vocational training for ethnic minority women in the extremely difficult communes of Southwestern area of Vietnam. Its aim is to develop and propose more reasonable, effective and scientific vocational training models. The results of the survey and analysis show that the practical situation of vocational training for ethnic minority women in the extremely difficult communes of Southwestern area of Vietnam only has been ranked in the average and low effective level, has not constructed yet reasonable, effective and scientific vocational training models for ethnic minority women. Therefore, this writing proposes four groups of models needed to be developed as follows: 1) The institutional training model (with six specific models); 2) The vocational training model in the field of labor (with two specific models); 3) The vocational training model for labors in areas specializing of some plant (with two specific models); and 4) The vocational training model for ethnic minority women in trade villages (with three specific models).
