Abstract

Through the investigation into the subject of current marriage, family and kin relationship of the Bo Y people in Nam Luong village, Quyet Tien commune, Quan Ba district, Ha Giang province, the writing would like to provide more data for making clear the role of custom and habits for the construction of community relationships and the continuity of traditional cultural values in the context of implementation of the Law of Marriage and Family as well as the construction of new rurales at present in the ethnic minority region in general, among Bo Y in particular.
