The Practical Situation of Community-based Tourism Development among the Ethnicities in Tan Lap Commune, Moc Chau District, Son La Province

Abstract

The field data of research group shows that the climate condition, terrain features, ecological landscape and cultural practices of people in Tan Lap commune, Moc Chau district, Son La province have played an important role in attracting foreign and domestic tourists. Yet, the participation of local people in the tourism network still has been passive and un-professional. Therefore, the income of local people from their participation in making tourism still has been limited. Aim to make contribution to speeding up the development of community-based tourism in Tan Lap commune in particular and Moc Chau district in general, the writing deeply analyzed the natural and humane resources, the practical situation of tourism development from the year of 2011 up to present as well as proposed some solutions to pushing up this tourism type.
