The writing indicates clearly that the relationship among the ethnic minority peoples in Southern Vietnam has been tighten on base of the spirit of solidary, mutual support and assistance not only in the land expansion and use, life establishment but also in the struggle against the oppression yoke and the foreign aggressors, defense of independence, freedom, sovereignty and national territory. The participation of the ethnic minority people in Southern Vietnam became increasing wise and deep in the uprisings in the periods of Nguyen lords and Kings of the Nguyen dynasty, and in the uprisings against the French colonialists in the period of the French domination and in the two resistance wars against the French and American invaders. Yet, the ethnic relationships in Southern Vietnam between the majority people and ethnic minority peoples, among the ethnic minority peoples, and between the ethnic minority peoples with their       co-ethnic fellows abroad have been very diverse and complicated, taken advantage by the hostile forces, and have been causing the contradictions and conflicts with many immeasurable involvements in the future.
