The writing indicates clearly that “Phap mon Dieu am” only appeared in Vietnam in the year of 2004. But owing to its material base in Cambodia, Thailand, Laos, etc., “Phap mon Dieu am” quickly has spread in a number of localities of Vietnam. This new religion has had its regulations opposite to ethics, cultural traditions, good morality of Vietnamese people, even to science (un-worshiping ancestors, un-use medicine when getting sick, un-going into mourning for the dead, living closed, un-raising animals, etc. Its followers often practice religion stealthily, frequently change the place and time of religious practice. These problems have caused the negative effects on the economic development, health, family and social relationships of the followers. This practical situation demands the authorities at different levels to have their affective measures to better manage activities of this religion.
