Thiết chế dòng họ truyền thống của người Hmông và vai trò của nó trong quản lý xã hội hiện nay
Tóm tắt
The author presents the characteristics of the Hmong kinship and its roles in the management of the Hmong community. According to her, the Hmong kinship is not only a patriarchally kindred group, but an unit closely united in the spirits. The Hmong kindred solidarity and characteristics are clearly reflected in the preservation and practice of different ceremonies of the kindred families. Some persons with valuable voices (such as the heads of the kindred families and aunts) are able to change some aspects of the kindred customs and habits. This is a key point that requires the attention of the managers and policy-makers to mobilize the Hmong people to have stable residence, set up a new way of life and change complicated and costly habits and customs.
