The author describes the concept of “new regions” which include all trends, organizations, social associations, etc. derived from regions that existed in the World and Vietnam before the twelfth century. He gives a general analysis of new regions in terms of time of appearance, origins, types, organizational arrangements, activities, dogmas, etc. The author suggests particular solutions for the management of activities in the “new regions” of Vietnam.
