The villagers from It Ong commune, Muong La district have been resettled in Tan Lap commune, Moc Chau district (Son La province) to clear the ground for the construction of the Son La Hydroelectric Plant. After three years, their living conditions have been improved. However, the resettlement process has had some inadequacies that influenced the living condition of the villagers. These inadequacies need to be cared for and solved by all levels of Government, especially the local authorities in order to help them rebuild stable lives.
