According to the author’s analysis, Central Highlands is one of the regions suffers greatest impacts of Agent Orange. The author provides statistics on the amount and concentration of Agent Orange, the sprayed area, number of affected people and the level of contamination of forestland and impacts on humans in the Central Highlands. The authorities at all level and communities have done many things to help the victims. But, the author proposes that to help overcome the consequences of dioxin in the Central Highlands, it is necessary not only to organize well and mobilize all society to help the victims but also to expand international cooperation in scientific research and material and spiritual support as well as to struggle for justice for the victims.
