Some ideas about ethnology and cultural-socio anthropology

Abstract

The article talks about several major concepts in ethnology and cultural-socio anthropology. Through the development of the history of ethnology and cultural-socio anthropology and its branches, subjects and contexts and major measures of approach, we are beginning to learn about the similarities and differences among countries which are influenced by German and Austrian ethnology and anthropology and British and American anthropology. Finally, the article mentions the directions of Vietnamese’s ethnology development, and has some recommendations for the development now and in the future.
