Nghe area belongs to Nghe An and Ha Tinh provinces with diverse and grudging nature but it was at this place where people resettled from very early. Nature and history have created men with special characteristics different from other regions, local people are very hard working, and thrifty, fearless, clever…A lot of spiritual cultural value was preserved at this region such as specific folksong singing (Dam and Vi singing), story telling, indigenous knowledge and traditional festivals.
